Reciprocity agreements - Nonresidents over 65

(a) Any nonresident, sixty-five (65) years of age or older, whose home state does not require nonresident fishing or hunting licenses for persons sixty-five (65) years of age and older, shall not be required to purchase a nonresident fishing or hunting license to lawfully hunt or fish in this state, provided that person possesses a valid hunting or fishing license issued by his or her home state for the species of fish or game he or she is attempting to take. (b) The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission is authorized to enter into reciprocity agreements with other states and issue necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this section.
