(a) All funds derived by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission under the provisions of this section and § 15-42-104(a) -(c) shall be deposited in the State Treasury, and the Treasurer of State shall credit the funds to the Game Protection Fund. (b) Of the amount so deposited in the State Treasury, the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission shall annually spend the moneys in accordance with the provisions of the appropriation acts of the legislature.
