Nonresident three-day fishing license

(a) The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission shall issue or cause to be issued a three-day fishing license to any nonresident of the state upon application therefor and the payment of a fee of three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50). (b) The commission is authorized to adopt and enforce any rules and regulations it deems necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of this section.
