There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Inventors' Assistance Program Fund". This fund shall consist of all moneys received by the Center for Prototype Development and Emerging Technologies for implementation of this subchapter and all fees received pursuant to this subchapter. Moneys received into the fund are authorized to be applied to implement this subchapter. Any amount in the fund not directly needed to implement this subchapter shall go to the general revenue fund of the state. Acts 1991, No. 707, § 6.
