Rules and regulations governing duties of deputies

The county timber inspectors shall prescribe by written rules and regulations the duties of their deputies not inconsistent with this subchapter. Acts 1883, No. 83, § 21, p. 140; 1901, No. 130, § 10, p. 202; C. & M. Dig., § 7001; Pope's Dig., § 8981; A.S.A. 1947, § 54-304.
