(a) The provisions of this subchapter shall be carried out by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. (b) All public agencies requiring permit action mitigation, when practicable, shall use mitigation banks created under this subchapter. Amended by Act 2021, No. 501,§ 8, eff. 7/28/2021.
