As used in this subchapter: (1) "Commission" means the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission; (2) [Repealed.] (3) "Department" means the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism; and (4) "Registry" means the state Registry of Scenic Resources created by this subchapter.
