Designation of areas of local significance

(a) The system and each portion of the system are declared to be areas of local significance within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. § 138 . (b) This chapter does not prohibit or prevent any project or activity authorized or undertaken pursuant to an act of the United States Congress. Amended by Act 2017, No. 374,§ 26, eff. 8/1/2017.
