(a) The officer or commission having custody of the public buildings shall assign to the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission suitable office space in the State Capitol Building or other office building located on the State Capitol grounds, with the necessary conveniences for the transaction of its business and the safekeeping of its records. (b) The Governor shall procure an official seal for the use of the commission. Acts 1963, No. 14, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 9-123.
