Biofuel standard for state vehicles and state equipment

Beginning on January 1, 2009, all diesel-powered motor vehicles, light trucks, and equipment owned or leased by a state agency shall be operated using diesel fuel that contains a minimum of two percent (2%) biofuel by volume. Acts 2007, No. 699, § 1.
