The Arkansas Energy Office of the Division of Environmental Quality shall report to the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor concerning the Weatherization Assistance Program as transferred to the office under § 25-14-103 and as authorized under § 15-10-205(a) : (1) When the office applies to the United States Department of Energy for the funding for the program as described in the state plan; (2) At the midyear point of the program to show the statistics relating to budgeting, enrollment, and other information relating to the program; and (3) At the end of the year of the program to show the total impact of the program and to discuss the renewal application for the funding for the program as described in the state plan.
