(a) Under this subchapter, the chancery court shall have the jurisdiction of suits brought to collect delinquent installments. (b) (1) The court shall enter a decree against the lots, blocks, or parcels of land for the amount of the delinquent installments, together with penalty, attorney's fee, and costs. (2) The decree shall provide for the sale of the delinquent lands by a commissioner, for cash, after advertisement, as specified in § 14-90-1408 .
