(a) In an appeal under this subchapter, the transcript shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the Supreme Court within twenty (20) days after the rendering of the decree appealed from. (b) In taking an appeal, the appellant shall only include in the transcript so much of the record as relates to his own lands. Acts 1881, No. 84, § 10, p. 161; C. & M.
