Rules for sales

(a) All sales under this subchapter shall be for cash and to the highest legal bidder. (b) If the sales are not completed on the first day, the commissioner shall continue the sales from day to day until completed. (c) In other respects, these sales shall be governed by the rules and laws regulating other sales of land made under decrees in chancery, and with like notice.
