(a) The provisions of this subchapter shall not be applicable to any city, county, or area which is under an order from the Division of Environmental Quality and the United States Environmental Protection Agency to meet the minimum requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency for sanitary sewer discharge. (b) The provisions of this subchapter shall not be applicable to levee, drainage, fire protection, or road improvement districts. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3033, eff. 7/1/2019.
