Form of bonds - Rights and remedies

The refunding bonds: (1) Shall be negotiable instruments; (2) May have coupons evidencing interest, payable annually or semiannually; and (3) Shall have all the rights of security and remedies for collection that are provided for the original bonds issued by the county.
