Business on Sunday

(a) The city council or board of managers of any city or incorporated town in this state shall have the authority, by ordinance, to regulate the operation of businesses within their cities or towns on Sunday. (b) The provisions of this section shall not in any manner amend, repeal, or otherwise affect the provisions of § 5-60-119 permitting motion picture shows on Sundays.
