Removal of commissioner

(a) The city council or the governing body, by two-thirds vote may remove any of the commissioners during his or her term of office for cause. (b) The vacancy thereby created shall be filled as provided in this chapter. Acts 1937, No. 322, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1301.
