Public utility franchises, etc

Every ordinance or resolution granting any public utility franchise or granting the right to occupy the streets, highways, bridges, or other public places in the city for any purpose shall be completed in the form in which it is finally passed. It shall remain on file with the city clerk for public inspection at least one (1) week before the final passage or adoption thereof. Acts 1967, No. 36, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-814.
