Director vacancy

Whenever a vacancy shall occur by any reason in the office of a director, the board of directors shall elect a person by majority vote to fill the vacancy and serve for the unexpired term thereof. Acts 1921, No. 99, § 13; Pope's Dig., § 10101; Acts 1967, No. 188, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-713.
