(a) Upon the filing of a petition, the county court shall immediately cause notice to be published for two (2) consecutive weeks by at least two (2) insertions in some newspaper published in the county having a bona fide circulation therein, stating the substance contained in the petition. (b) The county court shall immediately provide the filed petition to the city clerk of the city or incorporated town in which the property is located.
