Deposit for costs, etc

(a) The county court, after the filing of a petition pursuant to § 14-387-202 shall proceed no further with the matter until the petitioners, or some of them, deposit with the clerk of the court a sufficient amount of money to pay all the costs, fees, and expenses that may arise in making the order. (b) Under the provisions of this subchapter, the amount so deposited shall be determined by the court, and the clerk's receipt for it shall be filed with the petition.
