Preservation of papers

The Secretary of State shall receive and preserve in his or her office all papers transmitted to him or her in relation to the organization, incorporation, or annexation of territory to cities and towns. Acts 1875, No. 1, § 85, p. 1; C. & M. Dig., § 7469; Pope's Dig., § 9502; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-108.
