(a) Any person who violates a provision of this subchapter or a regulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). (b) Each day a violation continues is a separate offense. Acts 1955, No. 401, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-319.
