Acquisition of property

(a) The real property for municipal airports or flying fields may be acquired by gift, purchase, or by the exercise of the right of eminent domain, which is granted to cities for this purpose. (b) The procedure for the exercise of the right of eminent domain shall be that prescribed by law for the exercise of this power by railroads.
