(a) All deeds or conveyances to any portion of any lands dedicated to public use as a street or thoroughfare to any incorporated town, made by authority of the city council to individuals prior to and during the year 1924, shall be and are confirmed and validated. (b) No such deed or conveyance made as aforesaid shall be impeached on the ground that it was made without authority of law. Acts 1943, No. 40, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 19-3832, 19-3833.
