Mayor - When member of county intergovernmental cooperation council

For the purposes of this subchapter, the mayor of any city or incorporated town whose fire protection district extends into an adjoining county shall be a member of the county intergovernmental cooperation council of the adjoining county. Acts 1995, No. 1147, § 2.
