County or district health departments - Dissolution

(a) Any county or district health department may be dissolved by a referendum initiated by petition or submitted by vote as prescribed in § 14-262-106 . (b) The proposition shall be stated "FOR the discontinuance of the county (or district) health department" and "AGAINST the discontinuance of the county (or district) health department." Acts 1949, No. 186, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-222.
