Court approval of implementation

(a) In implementing the procedures as set forth in §§ 14-24-204 and 14-24-205 , the county treasurer and county clerk must jointly petition the county court for approval of such implementation, and none of the procedures set forth shall be followed without court approval. (b) Adoption of § 14-24-206 shall require the treasurer and the superintendent of each school district to jointly petition the court for approval, and no such procedures shall be implemented without court approval.
