Powers and duties of sanitary board

(a) The board shall have power to establish bylaws, rules, and regulations for its own government. (b) The board, in respect to all matters of custody, operation, administration, and maintenance of the works, shall have all the powers and perform all the duties provided in § 14-235-207 for the sewer committee in respect of these matters.
