Annual report - Annual budget

(a) (1) Within the first ninety (90) days of each calendar year, each sanitation authority shall make a written report to the governing body of each municipality and county that are members of the authority concerning the activities of the authority for the preceding calendar year. (2) Each report under subdivision (a)(1) of this section shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering the operation of the authority during the year. (b) Within the last ninety (90) days of each calendar year, each authority shall prepare and submit an annual budget for the next calendar year to the governing body of each municipality and county that are members of the authority for review and approval by a majority of the governing bodies before the annual budget receives final approval by the authority.
