General duties of commission

The Arkansas Soil and Water Conservation Commission shall: (1) Administer the loan and grant programs authorized under this chapter; (2) Take necessary action to ensure that the funds are used for the purposes established in this chapter and in accordance with state and federal laws. Acts 1975, No. 274, §§ 5, 6; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 13-2205, 13-2206; Acts 1989, No. 220, § 2.
