Power of eminent domain

To acquire property, wherever located, in furtherance of the purposes of this subchapter, any municipality shall have the power of eminent domain as is provided in §§ 18-15-301 - 18-15-303 and any statutes supplemental thereto. Acts 1937, No. 231, § 9; 1973, No. 87, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2710.
