Provisions supplemental

This subchapter shall be construed as cumulative of existing laws relating to the creation, operation, and existence of municipal improvement districts and shall not repeal any existing law unless the law is in direct conflict with this subchapter. It is the intent of this subchapter to authorize and enumerate additional powers for these districts. Acts 1975, No. 403, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-1634n.
