(a) A person who violates this subchapter is guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). (b) Each day that a violation under this section continues to exist constitutes a separate offense. Amended by Act 2023, No. 203,§ 25, eff. 8/1/2023. Acts 1963, No. 484, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-5011.
