Regulation by suburban improvement district

(a) Upon the written request of the governing body of a suburban improvement district, a county may by ordinance control and regulate dogs and cats within all or any part of the suburban improvement district. (b) As used in this section, "suburban improvement district" means a suburban improvement district which includes as one of its purposes for organization the construction or maintenance of roads or streets and which is governed by § 14-92-201 et seq. or its predecessor acts.
