Plat of area

(a) No order shall be entered unless and until the owner or lessee of an area sought to be regulated has presented to the county court a plat of the area upon which is shown the proposed limitations and controls. (b) The plat shall in no way limit the power and authority of the county court but shall be advisory only. Acts 1973, No. 472, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-2351.
