Operation of golf carts on county roads

(a) A county may authorize by ordinance the operation of a golf cart on the roads of the county unless the road is a city street, a federal highway, or a state highway. (b) Unless required by ordinance, a registration or license to operate a golf cart under this section is not required. Added by Act 2021, No. 188,§ 1, eff. 4/15/2021.
