Appointment of a deputy treasurer

(a) Appointment of a deputy treasurer shall be: (1) In writing; (2) Signed by the county treasurer; and (3) Recorded in the county recorder's office. (b) A deputy treasurer shall possess powers as authorized by the county treasurer. Acts 1883, No. 42, §§ 2-4, p. 65; C. & M.
