(a) Every deed, mortgage, conveyance, deed of trust, bond, or other instrument of writing shall be considered as recorded from the time it was delivered for record. (b) The recorder shall certify and attach to every such deed, mortgage, conveyance, deed of trust, bond, and other instrument of writing so recorded: (1) The day, month, and year when he or she received it; and (2) The book and page in which it is recorded.
