(a) The market authority is authorized to so design and locate, subject to approval of the planning commission, any market facilities as to best serve the public purpose for which these facilities are intended. (b) These facilities may consist of: (1) Lots, improved or unimproved; (2) Single or multilevel buildings; and (3) Such other structures and accessories that may be deemed necessary by the market authority.
