Notice of proposed district formation

(a) No district shall be formed unless notice of an intention to apply therefor is first given by posting written notices in three (3) public places in the limits of the proposed district at least ten (10) days before the formation of the district. (b) Notice may be given by any land holder in the district or by order of the court made at a preceding term. Acts 1879, No. 78, § 1, p. 117; C. & M.
