Prompt payment of expenses required

If the expenses incurred in the creation of a district are not promptly paid by the county or counties pursuant to the order of the court, a proceeding in mandamus shall lie to compel the payment of the expenses. Acts 1949, No. 329, § 5; 1957, No. 171, § 4; 1963, No. 37, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-905.
