(a) The Historic Arkansas Museum Commission shall be composed of not fewer than seven (7) nor more than eleven (11) members and vacancies on the commission shall be filled by the remaining members. (b) None of the commissioners shall receive any salary or other remuneration for their services. Acts 1939, No. 388, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 8-103; Acts 1989, No. 379, § 1.
