(a) Any authorizing resolution and trust indenture shall, together with this subchapter, constitute a contract between the Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism and the holders and registered owners of the bonds. (b) This contract and all covenants, agreements, and obligations therein shall be promptly performed in strict compliance with the terms and provisions of the contract. (c) The covenants, agreements, and obligations of the secretary may be enforced by mandamus or other appropriate proceedings at law or in equity. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5567, eff. 7/1/2019.
