All counties of the State of Arkansas shall maintain corporation records for the county, if they are currently being maintained, permanently as follows: (1) Articles of incorporation; (2) Certificate of business under assumed name; (3) Articles of amendment; (4) Registration of fictitious names of corporation; (5) Articles of merger or consolidation; (6) Change of registered office or agent; (7) Authorized share of stock; (8) Cancellation of shares; and (9) Certificate of dissolution of corporation. Acts 1991, No. 800, § 7.
