Historical contributions by the black race - Arkansas history courses

(a) The Black History Commission of Arkansas and the Commissioner of Education or his or her designee shall cooperate with each other to develop the materials for a program of historical contributions by the black race in Arkansas for inclusion in the curriculum segment of the Arkansas history required to be instructed in § 6-16-124 . (b) The Commissioner of Education shall ensure that these materials are reproduced and sent to all school districts in the state as a resource for inclusion in the Arkansas history courses.
