Definitions

As used in this subchapter: (1) "Commission" means the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training; and (2) "Employing agency" means any state agency or any county, municipality, or other political subdivision of the state, or any agent thereof, which has constitutional or statutory authority to employ or appoint persons as law enforcement officers.
