Improper hazarding of vessel or vehicle

(a) A person subject to this code who willfully and wrongfully hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel or vehicle of the United States Armed Forces or of the organized militia shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. (b) A person subject to this code who negligently hazards or suffers to be hazarded any vessel or vehicle of the United States Armed Forces or of the organized militia shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
