(a) Under such rules as the Governor may prescribe, the convening authority of a general or special court-martial shall detail or employ qualified court reporters who shall record the proceedings of and testimony taken before that court. (b) Under like rules or regulations, the convening authority of a military court may detail or employ interpreters or other professional experts who shall interpret for and assist the court. (c) Under like rules or regulations, the convening authority of a general or special court-martial shall detail a military court clerk who shall serve in that role in any appeal prescribed by § 12-64-714 .
